Alicia is a full-time Art Director and Studio Manager with Walter Bernard Design. She started working with Walter as an intern in the summer of 2005, earned a BFA in Graphic Design from The College of Saint Rose in 2006 and started working full-time at the studio shortly after graduating.

As an Art Director, her most recent projects at WBMG have been designing the tri-annual Scandinavian Review, an identity and catalog for ESPN's "30 For 30" documentary film series, as well as the magazine prototype for Forbes India. Project duties for Forbes India, beyond art direction and design, included maintaining professional relationships with the client's Mumbai office and management of WBMG staff and interns. As Studio Manager, Alicia also hires and manages interns throughout the year.

Alicia assisted on the HBO documentary film, Portraits of a Lady, featuring former Supreme Court Justice, Sandra Day O’Connor. She also designed the film credits, CD label and logo for the Neil Leifer film, What About Sal?.
